"I’ve got to say, working with Victor Ruiz and Texas Hammer Roofing was a top-notch experience. Originally, my insurance company only gave partial approval on my claim, and I was a bit stuck. But Victor stepped in, worked directly with them, and got everything fully resolved. In the end, we got a complete roof replacement and new gutters approved. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Victor and his crew really made dealing with the insurance side of things easy, and I’m super impressed with their service. Highly recommend them!

I recently experienced a windstorm here in Texas where I had multiple shingles missing. I had a friend recommend Victor with Texas Hammer roofing as he did a wonderful job on their home. I gave Victor a call to see if he was able to help me. Victor listened to me and my concerns, I was able to send him photos of the damage I could see from the ground. Victor was very knowledgeable and explained the process to me in a way that was easy to understand and follow. Just from the conversation over the phone I knew I was in good hands. Victor was prompt arriving at my home, his communication was clear and easy to follow and i felt he was a very genuine person which put me at ease with the repair process. I was able to see the before and after photos of my roof and the repairs were done perfectly. I am extremely satisfied with the work completed. Victor was very easy to work with and, trustworthy and truly cares for his customers and the work he puts out. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for roof repairs.

Victor came out to check in our roof within a couple of hours of my call, even though it was late afternoon and pouring down rain! He immediately tarped our roof and had his guys out to fix it as quickly as possible. They did a great job and we appreciate them all so much and would refer them in a heartbeat!
